🌿 Tender Resilience: Healing After Betrayal Trauma (6-Week Zoom Group)
Start 2026 with intention, connection, and creative healing 🌟
If you’re navigating the heartbreak, confusion, or deep nervous-system impact of betrayal trauma, you’re not alone. This gentle 6-week live Zoom group offers a safe space to understand your body’s responses, rebuild trust in yourself, and connect with others who “get it.”
Rooted in Rick Hanson’s Resilient and guided by trauma-informed practices, each week we explore a theme — recognizing, resourcing, regulating, and relating — while integrating simple art exercises 🎨 to support grounding, expression, and reflection.
🎨 You’ll use art exercises during class and take home your creations — all designed for accessible, at-home materials.
