What Is Coaching?
Coaching is a collaborative, personalized journey where you remain the expert of your own life. My role is to create a safe, non-judgmental space that helps you connect with your emotions, needs, and desires so you can uncover the steps that support your well-being. I’m here to listen deeply, ask meaningful questions, offer reflections, and gently guide you toward clarity, self-trust, and empowered action. Together, we’ll shape a process that fits you—your pace, your goals, your growth. While I hold the container with consistency, care, and accountability, your part is to show up with openness, honesty, and a willingness to explore. Coaching is not about me giving answers—it’s about helping you access your own.
Why I Became a Coach?
My own healing journey has been shaped by experiences that continue to teach and transform me—addiction, congenital anomalies, early-onset Alzheimer’s, betrayal trauma, autoimmune disease, bipolar disorder, and spiritual abuse, whether in my life or in the lives of those I love.
The support of skilled wellness coaches and compassionate peers helped me strengthen my self-awareness, reclaim my voice, and learn to honor my needs, wants, and boundaries. I haven’t “arrived”; I’m still learning, still healing, and still growing every day. These struggles have softened my heart and deepened my ability to meet myself—and others—with tenderness. It’s from this place that I offer coaching: a space rooted in self-trust, self-forgiveness, and self-love, shaped by the kind of support that was once so life-giving to me.
