I am excited to bring you this workshop where we will stretch our creativity with multiple mediums. Through a transfer process, tape, pens, pastels, and salt we will practice mixing the elements for a pleasing composition. The emphasis will be on loose and edited designs. Let loose and step out of the lines…

Each student will work at their own pace, so multiple paintings can be completed or just one.

No experience needed.

Practice Basic watercolor techniques with other mediums to create a mixed media composition with a loose suggestion instead of a tight photo realistic approach.

SUPPLIES NEEDED IF BRINGING YOUR OWN

Arches 140# cold press paper - 3 pieces about 9x12

4, 10, 16 round watercolor brush

1" flat watercolor brush

liner watercolor brush (optional)

watercolor paints

masking tape

foam board or gator board, approximately 11" x 14"
